After several years in the National Service and public lands sector, Caroline joined the WVPCA as Director of Engagement. Bringing her experience with community development, capacity building, and grassroots advocacy with her, Caroline focuses on ensuring the WVPCA effectively communicates with, supports, and represents its membership and service communities. Caroline holds a BFA in Education from Ohio University, a professional certificate in Marketing and Branding from Session College of Design, and an MPA in nonprofits from West Virginia University.
