As WVPCA’s data analyst, Jess works with health centers to develop and implement IT-based innovations that facilitate clinical, strategic, and operational decision making. She manages the CHC Experience Survey Program and prepares customized UDS reports for each Health Center to align data with quality improvement activities to improve patient outcomes. Jess has an A.A.S degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from Marshall University. She is also nearing completion of her Masters of Science in Data Science at Eastern University.
