Matthew Arthur

As the Communications Coordinator, Matthew ensures the WVPCA is able to collaborate effectively with health centers as well as working with the events team to ensure the WVPCA is able to provide the necessary training and resources to health centers across the state. Matthew also assists in growing the reach of the WVPCA by working on online advocacy campaigns and helping manage social media accounts. Matthew grew up in Poca, WV, and graduated from West Virginia State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. He is currently pursuing his masters in healthcare communications.
