In his role as the School-Based/Behavioral Health Services Director, John Kennedy supports WVPCA members with the development and advancement of behavioral and school-based health services, including coordinating training, technical assistance, and advocacy. John also serves as the liaison with the state Department of Education and the national School-Based Health Alliance.
