The WVPCA is collaborating with WellCheck to bring you a webinar focused on teaching you how to transform your paper-based enrollment procedures into a seamless digital process. This webinar offers practical insights and strategies for streamlining student enrollments and efficiently collecting consents using the WellCheck application. Additionally, discover how these improvements can enhance health equity by ensuring more accessible and efficient healthcare services for all students.

Objectives and Goals:

  • Understand Digital Transformation: Learn how to convert traditional paper-based enrollment processes into efficient digital workflows, improving accuracy and reducing administrative burdens.

  • Implement Effective Strategies: Gain practical insights and strategies to streamline student enrollment and consent collection, increase healthcare access, and ensure a smoother and faster process.

Target Audience: All School-Based Health Center staff

Cost: This training is being offered at only $25 per participant!
