The WVPCA is excited to continue partnering with The Healthy Workforce Institute, this time to bring you a presentation from Diane Salter, "How to Have Difficult Conversations with Difficult People"! Navigating difficult conversations is an essential skill for healthcare professionals to possess to build healthy work cultures. Especially in healthcare, effective communication is the foundation for providing exceptional care. It is widely known that no one enjoys having difficult conversations, and the process can be quite challenging. With practice and the right skills, these conversations can become more manageable. 

Objectives and Goals:
1. Explore strategies on how to navigate conversations with challenging colleagues.
2. Learn how to foster trust and cultivate stronger relationships within your team.

Event Date and Time: Thursday, July 18th, 12 PM - 1:30 PM

Target Audience: Healthcare professionals including nurses, leaders, interprofessional teams, and providers.

Cost: This training is being offered at only $100 per participant!

This training is only open to Community Health Center Staff!
